We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date is available. Weekend prime slots fill fast — especially Friday evenings.
Do you keep the proposal secret?
Absolutely. Discretion is our specialty. We coordinate arrival windows, setup logistics, and timing so your partner never sees us working. We’ve hidden behind elevator doors, coordinated with hotel concierge teams, and executed completely covert setups.
What venues do you work with in DFW?
We work in hotel suites, private residences, Airbnbs, rooftop terraces, restaurant private dining rooms, and outdoor venues across Dallas–Fort Worth. We are fully familiar with the W, Rosewood Mansion, Hotel Crescent Court, and many boutique venues.
Can I add a photographer?
Yes — we can refer trusted DFW proposal photographers who specialize in capturing the authentic moment discreetly. Let us know during your consultation.
What is the payment and deposit policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event via Zelle. Bookings within 3 days of the event carry a $150 rush fee and require full payment upfront.
Can you travel outside DFW?
Yes! Zee and her team regularly travel for regional and destination proposals. Travel and mileage fees are quoted transparently based on your location.
